The Lamb Kabob is the move if you want to understand what this kitchen can do. The Kafta is another standout — seasoned ground meat on skewers, grilled perfectly, served with rice and salad. The Fattoush and Tabouleh are the kind of salads that make you reconsider your relationship with salad. And the protein add-on system means you can customize almost anything on the menu.
All meats are halal. The service is warm and the portions are generous. This one is worth the drive to the north end of the island — it's one of the most distinctive dining experiences in the Lowcountry.
