Ombra Cucina is an upscale Italian restaurant that feels genuinely transported from the Italian countryside — thoughtful pastas, robust sauces, carefully selected wines, and service that makes the meal feel like an event.

The dining room has warmth and character. Excellent for a couple's dinner or a family celebration where you want something more substantial than pizza but less formal than white-tablecloth fine dining. The house-made pasta is the anchor of the menu — properly made, properly sauced. The seafood risotto is a standout.

One of the better Italian options on an island that has several good ones.
