You can walk to Coligny Plaza in minutes and Sea Pines is right next door.

Excellent

Direct Atlantic Ocean beach access along one mile of oceanfront. Multiple beach crossovers and access paths. Walking distance to Coligny Beach Park — the island's best-equipped public beach.

Vibe & Character

Popular with families who want walkability without the gating. Van der Meer Tennis University adds a sporty, active flavor to the neighborhood. The beach here is wide and beautiful, and because it's slightly removed from the main Coligny Beach Park, it tends to be a bit less crowded. This is a neighborhood for people who want to feel like they're living on the island rather than staying in a resort.

Local Notes

Van der Meer Tennis University is world-renowned and draws serious tennis players from around the world. Two acclaimed tennis facilities are in the immediate area. The area is highly bikeable — the island's extensive bike trail network connects directly to Coligny and Sea Pines.
