Poseidon is the anchor of the Shelter Cove dining scene, and the rooftop bar is one of the best outdoor drinking spots on the island. Marina views, a breeze off the water, and cocktails that are actually good — not just tolerable because of the setting.

The food downstairs is genuinely excellent. Poseidon takes the coastal cuisine concept seriously — fresh local seafood, thoughtful preparations, and a menu that changes with what's available. The tuna tartare is a consistent standout. The lobster bisque is the kind of thing you order and then immediately regret not ordering two of.

The rooftop is the move for a pre-dinner drink or a casual evening. Downstairs is the move when you want a proper meal. Either way, you're getting one of the best views in Shelter Cove with food that actually justifies the setting.
